Coolers Inc. is hosting two days of demonstrations featuring top-of-the-line ice cream and gelato machines from Carpigiani. We will have partners from Pregel America and Carpigiani-USA here to guide you through how to create the best ice cream/gelato utilizing Carpigiani equipment plus Pregel's premium base mixes.
This event will include hands-on experience testing out these industry-leading machines and tasting testing the finished products.
Note: We recommend picking either the ice cream or gelato workshop since they will be a similar format. But, if you're interested in learning about both styles, we'd be happy to have you both days!
